Originally from northern Germany, I established myself in Brazil in 1998 and have been working between these two countries ever since. After completing my “Master of European Management” degree at ESCP Europe in Oxford, Madrid and Paris, I worked for approximately 10 years in the Brazilian automotive industry and then established myself as an independent consultant. Since that time, through my company Flexpert Training Ltda., me and my team have been assisting executives and companies in their professional challenges through training and coaching, with a special expertise in leadership / cross-cultural programs and team building. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) at ICF-International Coaching Federation and have completed 3 coaching education programs so far, i.e. at Instituto EcoSocial and Instituto AndaraLuz, both in São Paulo, respectively in 2012 and 2018, as well as my certification as Gallup Strengths Coach, in 2018.
